Pg. cream for testicles

it might be a good addition if you can get it going, I would only be concenrned about your T levels to be low enough so that changes will happen, but DHT is absolutely the worst of it all and Reishi does good job on curbing it.

I understand.  Heart And what T-lowering option do you know that is absolutely not risky for me?

Nothing is absolutely no risk when you talk about synhtetic pharma stuff. Bioidentical hormones are the most harmless thing when used right as they're the stuf four bodies naturally make. From T blockers Cyproterone acetate (Androcur) and Bicalumitide (Casodex) are at the top of the list with little to no side effects and they're cheap because only tiny dose is enough. Dutasteride is another interesting option, it blocks DHT but does it in a kind of peculiar fashion which makes it really effective.

Cypro at 6,25mg/day is likely enough, that's quarter of a 50mg pill every other day, or Bica at 25mg twice a week keeps your T levels at bay easily if your estrogens are high enough. I advocate for these two as they're the ones I've been on so I know how they work. Both can be taxing to your organs though, Cypro can harm kidneys and Bica hits the liver, but risks are minimal when doses are minimum required for T blocking so they're mostly harmless. Afaik, neither raises blood clotting factors.

Thank you.  Hug I'm trying to pick up the slack with replying to obvious questions, I'm trying to help cover for Lotus not being able to post lately. She's way better with science side and minute details about everything, but I know most of the typical HRT and NBE stuff by heart so can as well help with questions.

Few days shy of one month to go until I'm starting fifth year on HRT, so that's the next big update that's coming soon. ^_^ I'm trying to pick up the pace with testing out the additions to Topical Protocol I keep mentioning.

Anyway, if you have more questions, feel free to ask.  Kiss

Thank you. Your results are amazing! I would like to achieve (for now) that I am completely useless and useless down there with some breast augmentation, but knowing myself, I will not stop here. This is actually my main goal right now. I hope Lotus is better, I wish her a speedy return from here too ❤️
