Hey sorry for the delay. I am 6 weeks post op. 745 silicone UTM high profile. I project out to be a solid 42H!!  Trying to post a picture but I suck at this. My SO is honestly shocked at how big I am. I have not even dropped and fluffed. According to my surgeon with implants this big and all my info I still have about 20-30 projection still!!!

How are things changing in your life? I guess it will be a lot harder now to lace up your shoes. Any reaction from anyone besides your SO?

Yes 745 is very big. I am even a bit surprised. I get a lot of stares now everywhere I go.

Thank you. One interesting tidbit. With my 600 saline. I really didn’t have any bounce or jiggle. With these even at 6 weeks they already move more then my 600 ever did.
