Good morning! This Saturday, I am about to finish a pumping session, going to take a little break on Sunday. You should be able to see the slight red rings from the pumping on this photo I took yesterday, though these tend to disappear quickly. It seems like one of my domes is having an issue with pressure leakage, as the swelling within diminishes within minutes after pumping. Next week I’m attempting to increase the minimum frequency of pumping from 1 to 2 times per day, including the Saturday but still not the Sunday, and I’m going to be looking at which herbal creams are available in the local area (did you spot a question I asked yesterday?)

Hi! This week went pretty much all right! I have been able to do what I said last time: I just started an evening cycle, again 30 minutes, (almost) every day. There is an issue though: when I use the pumps without any kind of lotion (I am using in the morning), the seal around it goes inside the vacuum envelope, causing a small sharp edge to once push in the skin above my breasts which may have hurt something. I also noticed a small sense of arousal every time I finish pumping. In any case, I am still on the lookout for herbal products (preferably creams) I can get in the Netherlands for breast enhancement.

When I used to use a breast pump I had similar issues to, which I resolved to some extent by using lotion on the seals. Anything slippy will do like a moisturiser cream.
Have a good read and research on here about herbs as I am sure you will be able to get stuff off ebay easily enough, look for pueraria mirifica that's a great starting point and is cheap.

O, here I am again. This week didn’t see a lot of pumping though, primarily due to a ring around my breast that persisted for days after a severe overpumping. Oops… Next week better though!

Hi! It's been a couple weeks without an update, probably just becuase there's not a lot to say about these weeks. I did have to sometimes scale down to 1 tome per day due to timing issues, and there is also a slight issue that the rubber seal gets separated from the dome while the vacuum is created. I hope these problems go away as soon as I can get them to.

O, here I am again shortly after the ‘morning’ session which moved into the afternoon. It’s still going pretty well with the use of my breast pump, though there are stil some timing issues. I am definitely going to take a photo of my breasts next week Saturday!  There was again not a lot to comment on otherwise.

Good evening! Here are my breasts just after the evening session. I tend to do these pulling my clothes up a bit now that I realized this is possible for me. I had times where the seal would not really like to stay in a correct position, but now I got them in place the first time!  I was unable to go for another photoshoot due to studying and other commitments, but next week will be another one!

Hi in 2025!
Anyways, I was on yet another hiatus. Not just for the update, but for the program itself this time. But at least it was for the Christmas Holiday and the New Year's Eve! This week however, I just restarted with the pump, and still do consider getting some kind of herbal creme. At the moment, this is just a little mid-week update for you, but photos will follow this weekend when possible!

Red rings are normal and fade pretty quickly. Just be careful not to over pump as it will cause water blister, use plenty of lotion on your boobs will help.The more you pump over time you can increase the pressure was your boobs begin to grow ---Happy pumping PS love your dark areola
