Hi All,
I have been reading the BO needs a high body temperature to work effectively, so I bought Swandon Kelp suppliment at a ratio of 225 mcg.
I have a natural low body temp of 36.1 - 36.2C which is 96.98 - 97.16F so as bottle instructions, I am taking 1 a day to raise it , would that work
I am taking Swanson BO 2 a day in the morning before breakfast, I will up it after about 3 weeks subject to reactions, when members started how did you find it.
Thanks
Ian
I am like you my body temp runs from 96.1 most of the time it is 97.6 on a good day it will be 98.2 I cannot take kelp as to the warfarin I take, it is a vitamin K, herb I have used BO for the last 8 1/2 months, I only take 1 a day as to leg pain but it has made my breast grow, I was a B cup now I am a C cup, you could add Fenugreek 610mg 2 a day and a good women's vitamin as both have help my breast grow hope this helps you

Hi,
Thanks for the replies, I have had some down time recently, so I decided to go through some of the threads to learn from BN members.
One thing that keeps popping up is the use of BO and PM jointly, well it looks like no one can agree so may I ask this.
Is it okay to mix BO and PM for example 1 x BO in th evening as suggested by Divil and 1 x PM in the morning, I have looked all over this forum and on the internet to see what would happen, guess what, there is no information.
Please advise regarding this.
Thanks
In addition on Saturday I will restart RR will this clash with either of these methods

There's no information probably because its not a smart idea to do both at the same time? I would steer clear of PM completely when ever there's a more extensive (read as better) NBE program going on or when NBE is done to bolster hormone replacement therapy. Just too much bad rap for PM and my own not so awesome experience and DVT scare about it have put my mind somewhat against its use.
Also, what good would it do along with bovine ovary? Because bovine ovary contains actual real bio-identical hormones, similar stuff that conventional HRT does, why mess that up with phytoestrogen which isn't that effective in the first place?
I would advice against PM in general and especially against combining it with BO or HRT, if for nothing else, for it being if not useless, much less effective in comparison. Also as a health advice, I would steer clear. transdermal HRT and BO aren't known to cause blood clots much at all, but PM keeps being repeatedly said to cause DVT.
I would pick one or the other and BO wins hands down to those who benefit from it.

Hi Heavens Night,
Thanks for your quick response, I meant to add, I struggle to keep my body temperature up and i tried Kelp but the side effects were massive, lets say I emptied my bowels rather quickly. So is it just a matter of keep going with BO or try something else.
Divil is the same as me where Kelp is concerned, so will look at vits

I've done BO without Kelp and it worked well for me.

what you need to know is that it takes time to grow breast or any part of your body most girls start getting breast around 10 to 12 years old and will keep growing for 4 to 5 years, you do NOT want to over do med, as I said my breast are growing on just 1 BO a day if it takes 1 or 2 years to get what I want that is ok as I am not having any health problems with the amount I am taking, here is a link that tell you about how long it takes to grow breast hope it help you

Heaven's Night.)
Some random trivia about breast development, trans women and cis women are very similar on breast development, development stages and times are identical when effective HRT program is used. Development can last 5-10 years on average. Average duration of Tanner stage four alone is thee point five to five years. Think about it, last two stages which bring the most development are the ones that last longest.
Studies on trans female breast development are all lacking in duration, that, plus ineffective HRT are most likely culprit of the "transsexual A cup" myth which is nothing more than myth based on unlucky results and too short studies. I don't know about single study which would have lasted more than two or three years which is nowhere near enough. Five to ten year long term study would tell otherwise.
Interestingly it seems that trans women by average end up with similar breast volumes as cis women do with slight variation towards smaller volumes, again this is likely due to insufficient HRT and or time rather than a biological difference in development.
Approximately 80% of all women end up with total breast volume between 390cc - 1370cc, smallest 5% end up below it and largest 5% above 2000ccs, largest 1,5% end up above 3000ccs and largest 0,05% more than 5000ccs. This I think gives a rough idea about the kind of bell curve that breast volumes typically are like, and why its extremely hard to find fitting bras for anything larger than normal. Then think about the slow pace and average breast volume and there's a good picture for why patience wins in NBE.
