I think if you are having progress to stay on your current plan until it stalls. I found high doses of PM as powerful as moderate estrogen. My body also tolerated PM better than estrogen. But I am sensitive to everything.

Here's some latest news.
For the past month I have tried applying some mild pharma e-gel. It's called Estogel 0.06% and I got it from inhousepharmacy.
These days the gel experiment has come to an end (meaning that the bottle is empty).
The last application was 5 days ago, so it's all out my system at this point.
I have been applying 2 pumps per day, at the same time in the morning as it was the only moment when I could, and I manged not to miss a single day.
I still believe not much has changed in the 32 days I used the 0.06% estogel. They do feel a tad bigger, but it could be weight gain.
Oh, well, it was worth trying. In a few days I'll restart with PM.
My son is home from school because of the Easter Holidays, so I won't be able to see how the boobs fit in the bras I already own.
The tape measure says 38.5/44 , which is still in the 38DD territory I was in before starting. (According to online calculators... not that I look like a DD)

Long time no post...
After the gel experiment, that ended in April, I didn't do anything else apart from playing with the Noogle and the milk pump occasionally. I had to go to see my family in Italy and I wanted to avoid weakness or pains induced by PM, so I stayed put. Weirdly enough, I am under the impression that my boobs didn't stay as put as I did. While in Italy, where it was pretty hot and I had to wear a t-shirt only, I could feel "the bounce" a lot more than usual. Also, my t-shirts were definitely hanging in a different way. Nothing was said or asked, thankfully. I am starting to worry a bit about the upcoming Summer holiday at the seaside. I used to stretch my chest out to flattern the boobs, but (as you can see in the image attached) this may not be working anymore.
Since a few months ago an onlyne calculator told me that I am a 38DD, I bought some larger cup bras than the ones I was used to. I found a few on sale and I bought them.
I still only wear the bras at home in my "me time" but I also use them to gauge growth.
In the other 2 pictures attached, the red one is a 38C and it looks and feels pretty full. The green one is indeed a 38DD and I couldn't believe how well it fits. It even gives a bit of cleavage effect in the middle. Both are unpadded.
So, where am I at now? Apparently somewhere around the 38D size, but the shape is still definitely moobish and not much boobish, so I am worried about the holiday but not too worried. I just avoid going topless at BBQs (something I always avoided anyway) and nobody seems to be saying anything. I still won't touch any supplement until September when back from the seaside. Then I'll reassess and decide wat to do with the remaining 150 caps of PM left in my drawer....

I am just posting these here because I had the chance to take them after a 1hr long session of noogling.
I still think that my chest looks like moobs without a bra, but the underwired bra changes the shape quite drastically. The green bra is still the non padded underwired 38DD of the previous poist. It gets very full after a bit of noogling.
The white crop top is probably a tad small for my frame, but it manages to give me cleavage without any under-breast padding, which is new to me and quite exciting.

So, here's another case of "I took these, so why not post them".
The one without a bra is just me after one hour on the boob/nipple vibrating "things" that I bought a short while ago. I am becoming quite fond of this toy, not for the sexual side of it (the vibration don't stimulate me to the point of pleasure), but because it's a good pair of suction cups and the vibration seems to increment the blood flow to the area. After every use I feel fuller almost like using a Noogle. It does leave those flower-shaped marks that go away in about 1.5 hours. The last bra has a story of its own. It was the first ever item of women's clothing I have ever been gifted. It was a friend of mine who gave it to me about 15 years ago. It's a 34DD, so it's way too small in the band for me, but... At the time I would use it with large breastforms and today... I can fill it all by myself. Being the first item of women's clothing that was ever given to me, and not many followed, it provides a weird feeling of affirmation to see that I can now do it justice.
