New Program

#21

It's been one month. Not a lot of changes. My nipples are starting to getting sensitive and tingle once in a while, that really didn't happen with BO, tingling started in the past 3 days.

I am still losing weight, intentionally of course, and I have decreased in band size to 38 inches and 46 across the bust, but my 40F bras still fit, the bands are loose but I still fill the cups on most of them. I was expecting to lose some across the bust, but they are more defined and a loose shirt only makes them slightly less noticeable  Blush

I've heard from others how BO works well with HRT but I really don't miss it, and oddly my ability to get erect has returned, still  not as strong as pre BO NBE, but still a little easier, cialisis stillneeded. However my actual sex drive has decreased and my desire to look pretty is as strong as it has ever been, no decrease or increase. My semen is clear, for those interested in wanting to have children in the future, I recommend looking into freezing your sperms, that's not the case with me.

I think I have some fat distribution going on but I am not certain, my weight loss has slowed down, even before HRT, but my clothes are fitting differently.

That's it for now.

Hi,
Just checking in for anyone interested. It's been 2 months now.

Changes have been very minor. Breast development has stalled, or at least appears to have stalled. I've lost about 45 lbs over the past 5 months. Taking BO for 3 of those months and Estradiol for 2. I have dropped 3 inches on my band and haven't gotten a good measurement in over a month because I have been out fighting fires all summer. I still fill out my bras but the bands are really loose.

So the weight loss is Weight Watchers diet, my wife and I are on it. It's intentional, effective and sustainable, it has nothing to do with breast and feminine enhancement hrt therapy. I found it really difficult to keep weight off on BO and even gained at times.

I believe my shape is starting to get more of a nice hourglass look, butt is still not changing, that I have noticed.

Mentally, HRT is not much different than BO therapy for me. I know everyone reacts differently, especially to BO, I think HRT is pretty predictable based on age, and dosage, IMHO. But I could be wrong.

The one change I have recognized, I am finding it easier to get and maintain an erection, which was getting really difficult with BO.

As soon as I get to slow down a little, I'll take a few measurements and post up here and possibly a couple of pics. Blush

Maybe take my wife out bra shopping next month since we have both lost quite a bit of weight and both are shrinking out of our clothes.

90 days in, and all is well. Weight loss has been easy, I am down to 196. I went bra shopping last month and bought 38G and it fits well, not too tight on the band, cup size seems a little small but the GG was still a bit big, since I am still working on losing weight and my 40 band size still fits, a bit loose, I am not going to spend a lot of money on clothes and underwear.

The feminine shape is filling out slowly but I think it's moving along faster than BO. 2 years on BO and no budding, 3 months on E and my nipples, areolas have gone through itchy to really sensitive with firm small, for lack of a better term, nodules under the nipples, which is what has been described as budding.

Once I do my labs done I'll check back in. Overall, not much different than BO without the weight gain.

120 days now.

So mentally, I am good, really no changes.

My nipples are tender all the time now, I believe breast buds are forming, areolas are extended slightly when they are hard, nipples are slightly larger, but very tender all the time.

Pelvic discomfort seemed like it was starting to wane but it's definitely still adjusting. My bottom is filling out my pants and panties much better now and an hour glass shape is starting to become more pronounced as I continue to shed a few pounds.

Body hair is growing very slowly, my quadriceps seem to need shaving every 2 or 3 days as apossed to every day, pits and lower legs maybe once a week.

Labs will be done before next months update.

January update,
I waited until I got my labs back this week. Not much to report on. Estradiol level is 39 pg/ml. Not sure if this is good or normal for 6 months. It's at the very highest range of normal for men and low normal range for women, someone smarter than me on here might have more insight on what it means.

As far as progress, breasts have not grown but I am down to 187 lbs. Budding has begun, breasts are tender areolas are soar and protruding always, and getting a little darker. Pelvic discomfort has subsided for the most part, just a little uncomfortable but doesn't wake me up anymore, definitely getting a little shape to my bottom, I really like the way my pants and shorts ride on my hips. Since I have lost so much weight my 38F bra is getting loose on me and my 40F's are almost useless now.

No pics right now, I have been so busy with work I just don't have the time, I will try and get some breast only pics and post that to show development. But honestly I love the figure that I am getting, my breasts are secondary now.

Hi Tomi66,

labs results are a science in themselves, think it's best to use them as a rough guide, for instance my last E was c.850pmol/L (c.230pg/mL) and was advised to reduce my E intake, but the range is so wide it seems a bit worthless.

So basically, if you are somewhere in the female range and you are feeling good, healthy, and happy with the changes I'd just carry on as you are.

Presume your T was circa female range to? Mine was very low so I have reduced my E slightly to try and up my T a little as this helps with feminisation.

I'm with you, it's more about the body shape for me Smile

It's been 8 months on estradiol. And a few months since I checked in.

An update for anyone interested in hrt or thinking about advancing to it after months or years on NBE.

Well, I thought my pelvic pains were done with but they still linger on, it's pelvic tilt in progress, part of feminization.

Breast are definitely budding, tender, sore and/or itching, all of the time.

I am at 185 lbs and slowly losing weight, bra size at a 38 DD, I think I am down to a 36 band but I don't want to invest in anymore bra's until my weight and breast size stabilize, I am wearing sports bras to workout and at work now.

Pants are at a size 14P and 14R depending on the cut. Definitely getting fat redistribution in the hips and thighs, I have one pair of jeans that give me a defined feminine shape. I also have a 12R pair that fit well and size 30 ladies Levi's.

No pics to share at this time. I think my body shape hasn't really changed much since my previous pics, breasts are filling out but not really getting any bigger, if that makes any sense.

Question for those reading this that are currently on hrt beyond a year or two. When does the breast tenderness end Dodgy

Hi Tomi66,

I'm a little ahead of you at 3-years in on HRT and it still amazes me how we all differ on it.

Whilst on E I've thankfully never had pelvic soreness, but looking in the mirror there is definitely some tilt that has happened, maybe you are experiencing a much bigger shift?

I think we are pretty similar sized, 180 pounds (80Kg for us Europhiles) and short legged but your boob fairy was very kind to you Smile  I've never liked bras so I wear seamless bralettes instead which do fine for my 38Bs, but probably would give yours enough support.

Decent weight loss has alluded me whilst on NBE/HRT it has been a real struggle! How are you loosing weight, diet, exercise?

I'm done with breast growth so focusing on lower-half feminisation, and I can say that it's great feeling now my jeans, leggings etc are feeling more fitted these days, these small changes do make a difference.

As for breast tenderness, I'm sorry to report that mine they are still tender, so expect the same for some time to come Sad
