Hi kcsab ,

I looked at this thread and noticed you are not taking PG ( pituitary glandular ) with your RR and your BO .
I am on this program : 2 BO + 1 PG +1RR Morning , 2 BO + 1PG night .
This is working out fairly well for me .
If you have not tried the PG with what you are taking I would give that a try .

Hang in there kcsab , I tried many combinations over the years until I found a program that works for me .
I am sure you will too . Smile

thank you for your answer. ? As I wrote in my previous post, 5 days ago I added s PG. to my routine 1 in the morning and 1 at night.

I forgot to mention you /I will need reading glasses  once you start PG  Tongue !

I had rapid results when I used the BO and PG last year , wishing you the same .

I hope that's the case and that the dysphoria doesn't get worse for me, because it's already difficult.
