How strong is it? Orally its better to take capsules, so you wont get like some insane overdose or something. I'm using it directly on breasts as part of the topical protocol. I'm soon five months in with topical D3 and it seems to be very helpful. Some of it ends up on my hips and thigs too of course.

I split a 10,000iu gel cap and squeeze it out directly onto my areolas.
I help it out with a bit of aloe vera gel &/or MCT oil which I apply first and let that soak in for a minute or two.
Oh and just be aware, you can use too much, I know all too well, as I got a right rollocking off my blood specialist when he noticed my levels, ooopps !

I am not technically savvy so I can't dig up the thread, but no you do not need an AA with BO, BO has AA properties. I did not take an AA with BO and I gained 2 cup sizes. All that said, I don't think taking an AA will be much benefit but I also don't know if it will be a hindrance either. Someone smatter than me can probably tell you how to search for the thread concerning BO.
I know I one of the reasons I started on BO instead of other methods is because it didn't need a bunch of othe things to make it work, it's like a magic little pill that naturally holds estrogenic properties.
It probably wasn't the answer you were looking for but it's what I know from experience. Bo is a marathon not a sprint.
When “Less is more” … Take less pills would be fantastic, so I’m curious to know the opinion of the experts here on BN
Actually as AA I’m with RR, but I’d like have the most simple regimen with few pills to take every day.

Had to come off BO for 10 days due to minor visits to hospital for testicular issues, found that I have Varicocele on both sides, just waiting to see what treatment I will get, growth was starting and being off for 10 days was a bummer.
Anyway back on, took these today, sorry about the quality, need a new mobile phone., have a look
Been using Red clover drops ramped up to 5 per breast twice a day, been doing that for 28 days not seeing anything as yet.
Last post shows what I have got which is not much, I have added Goats Rue capsules 3 a day for last 9 days.
BO 2 capules a day as per Tomi66 suggestion.
I hit 70 on 16 January, do you think I am too old for this or should at my age increase the doses or give up.
