My doctor knows what suppliments I take. Maybe try NBE and perscriptions. Most TV TS TG have an aray of herbs supliments perscribed drugs and medicine purchased in TJ india Canada and Asia. For example My Viagra is from a British Pharmacy with a store in Tijuana with perscriptions compounded in India.

Well, A little update.

Estrodot is now 100mg ( yippee )
Spiro in now 100mg
and we added 1mg of Propecia ( this unfortunately is not covered by my health plan. ) I will have to find a cheaper source of this one. ( update - all day chemist have a 30 day supply for @ 6.00us, I paid $50 cdn )

The doctor also did not want to add progesterone, so I will find a source for this too.

Also I am using the following.

2x 500mg botin ( twice daily )
2x 500mg L-Arginine ( twice daily )
1000mg MSN
500mg "C" vitamin
600mg Calcium
Female over 50 Multi vitamin.
1ml Reishi ( twice daily )
5 Green Tea tabs through out the day.

Fingers crossed,

I have another blood work request to be done in a few weeks, but the doctor was not concerned with getting bio "T" or SBHG levels, she thinks the free "T" will tell her all she needs to know. Huh

Tired of this myself...
I know we're like < 3% of the population, but why must we constantly educate people on even the BASICS of THE BODY?!

I mean, it's not like it's esoteric knowledge! Google gets the answer! Wikipedia! Just fracking LEARN TO READ, Doc!

Sorry... I'm having a day. (Third in a row. Very worried.) Even trying to pay attention to meetings, I'm so far out/off I might as well be asleep. (Based on my college grades, I might be BETTER OFF asleep.) :-P

Unfortunately most doctors will not deviate away from the recognised normal prescribed hormones. She says there is not enough evidence to suggest progesterone is beneficial. No problem, I can get it online cheap enough.

Essentially, doctor said "Progesterone isn't important."

I guess women are defective for making progesterone...?

Arrogance, thy name is MD. ;-)

Spiro was increased Last month to 150mg, this month doctor says she wants to try upping the estridiol and see if it does help lower T , So Spiro staying the same. So, hopefully next blood test should be interesting.

Yeah the US approved anti-androgens are okay, but seeing as how the rest of the world has approved androcur it might be nice addition to the formulary. Heed the Endo and the blood tests. New livers aren't easy to come by.

My doc just checked my liver, kidneys, and lungs, blood pressure ect. Apparently, health wise I have the body of somebody much younger. Everything shows up better than most of her 40 year old patients. Giving the fact I'm 55, I'll take that.
Its worth keeping in mind, I don't smoke, and I am a very light drinker.
