The picture is from today. I really don't think I've lost anything at all. If anything, I see some more shape.
Last Saturday I took my son to swim and, as usual, nothing was said.
Many people ask if PM keeps going after you stop taking it: I would say that yes, it does.

2 months seemed a reasonable time for it to stop working. I am not really expecting to reverse anything at this point. I wanted boobs and I have some, so I am fairly happy about it even if it may cause me some embarassment.
Funny thing that happened today: managed to do a bit of pumping with the milk extractors before going to work (just 15 minutes per side). I then put on one of my regular summer t-shirts and I was on my way when I looked into the mirror. The t-shirt was a bit thin, which is great for summer, but for the first time I saw my nipples sticking out a lot. They were really "there" and even if there was some sort of pattern on the t-shirt, in that point the fabric was just grey and the way it was interacting with light was unforgiving. It looked so weird that I changed into a heavier t-shirt with a pattern over the whole chest, and I am now wearing this second one.
Yesterday I wore one that was made of the same thin fabric, in dark red. I can only imagine how much my nipples were sticking out.
It's kind of funny. I always thought that I may get to a point where I may have to hide the shape of my boobs, but the fact that my nipples could be as much of a problem never crossed my mind.

Last, the second standalone pic in the black bikini top is just there because it shows the shrinkage that is happening around my ribcage. When I look in the mirror I see a higher waist now and the little extra shape in the chest seems even more of what it is, thanks to this reduction in the fat on my ribs.
The tape measure still says 38/41.5, but I see and feel that something is moving.
During the last week my sex drive has come back, but so has done the feeling of growth. It's weird, but it feel as if my breasts have become heavier.
Higher sex drive means that all my fetishes about wearing bras and panties, growing breasts, etc... are coming back in full force. I decided that I will only go back on PM during the weeks when my wife has her period, so it should not create troubles in the bedroom.
In the last 3 days I am trying to go back to using the pump (milk extractor) a bit, because I really like the feeling.
The picture I am attaching is not very interesting from a bra point of view. It's a simple non padded, non wired, 38A from Primark (3 for $8). What is interesting for me is that, with no padding, it's now all me in those cups. It's not much compared to other people on this forum, but finding that I fill a bra properly gives me a bit of validation.

In addition to overall breast growth I am interested in both nipple and areola enhancement. I have read conflicting info regarding 'safety' of use of PM oil directly on nipples and areola (potential bleaching and loss of sensitivity). I'd appreciate any advice you can provide. Thank You !! I don't know much about PM topical use (creams). I also heard that they shouldn't be applied on nipples and areolas, but that's as far as my knowledge goes.
I am trying/hoping to keep my nipples small. "Man size", so to say.

Hi Shirazmn, You're very welcome and thanks for the reply. I am currently using nipple suckers as I type this. They have yielded positive results in regard to nipple enlargement, although i don't know if changes would remain permanent if i were to permanently stop their use. I try to use them twice daily for about 15 min. per session.
Due to their enlargement, areola now have an even smaller appearance (reason for question on topical use of PM).
I thank you for the advice you give many regarding breast enhancement, your replies are so thorough and beneficial.

Just for pure safekeeping I'm going to log here that I restarted PM yesterday @ 500mg/day. I will keep this dose for a week, then up to 1000 mg/day for another week, and then stop for 2 or 3 weeks. If I get back into having erection problems I will stop right away.
With this new round of PM I am more after softer skin, hair thickening and slower hair loss, and a bit of waist shaping. Growing larger boobs might be a problem. If anything, I hope that the right side will catch up.
A few days ago I took a couple of pics of where I am now: a small 38A. The left is still more developed than the right.

A pic in a soft cup underwired 36DD bra. I am far from filling it but it gives a nice shape and wraps nicely around my body. The creases highlight the difference in size between my more full left side (this is a selfie so it's flipped and the left is actually on the left) and the right side.
