Looks like the 500mg/day are helping keeping things up (boobs) and not killing things down (you know...).

In the last few days I could swear that I got a bit of growth. While the tape measure remains at 39/43, my 38A bras seem to be getting a lot fuller. The one in the picture is non-padded and non-wired, and definitely non-empty any more

So, I've been fairly consistent in taking only 500mg/day (one cap) for the last 3 weeks or so. The funny thing is that growth seems to go faster than when I was taking 1000mg/day. I guess than there is more to it than just dosage.
The feeling of the boobs getting in the way of my arms while doing more or less everything is increasing, even if I still definitely am in the "moobs/small boobs" range.

Couple of pics from this morning when, for fun, I tried one of my favourite bralettes under a work shirt and I noticed that the shirt pulls a lot more in the top buttons...

The bra is from a UK retailler called New Look (newlook.co.uk). They are some kind of fast-fashion store, so I don't think you'll find the same thing as it's an old model (Nov 2018).
I got it on sale for £3. Lucky shot

I've had nice bras from them before.  The bralette I've linked to is a plainer style than yours but looks v comfortable.
May try one myself, but as no doubt is same for you, I'm probably accumulating too many bras already

Not much to report, still on just 500mg/day, but since I took a couple of pics for another thread, here they are.
The "news" is the white bralette, that is a very old friend of mine (Pompea microfiber bra size L/XL) that had never "wrapped around" my boobs and was always just "covering my chest" (if it makes any sense).
The other pic is just old me without any bra. I can see some extra shadows compared to a few months ago. Left side is always annoyingly a lot larger than right side.
Last one is my "benchmark" skintone 38A non padded non wired bra that is now supporting enough "actual boobage" to give me some real cleavage. I love to wear that under a deep neck t-shirt.

38A non padded non wired bra (my correct size, I think)


38B non padded non wired bra. Same as abve, but one cup size bigger (still not full enough)


36B non padded Wired bra. One of my favourite but still not full enough even if the band is a 36


36DD non padded Wired silky bra. This is the one made of the fabric I like the most. I bought this DD cup following the theory that men need 2 cups up their "calculated" size because of our wider chest. I think my left side fills it nicely (right side is always smaller). The underwire definitely does a good job at gathering all the extra flesh.


For now I will keep going with 500mg/day Ainterol caps. I may do 1000mg/day next week and then stop until Jan. I also need to restock...
