So yesterday I did something I wasn't sure I'd ever be able to do. During my lunch break I went to Victoria secret and got measured for a bra. The young lady put me at 42d. This is the bra I decided to order online.

CM213.)
Just another update. I have decided to start using bovine ovary by itself. I'm going to run 500 mg a day one tablet in the morning and one tablet at night. I'm not going to over complicate it with trying to add a bunch of support supplements or anything like that. Not yet anyways. I'm going to do that for about a month and then I will increase the dosage by one tablet for a total of 750 mg a day and then the third month I'm going to increase it one more tablet which will put me at 1000 mg a day.
I mainly doing this because I'm tired of waiting or feel like I'm waiting and not doing anything. I know it could just be a waste of money using bo by itself but I'm hoping I get more of a placebo effect from it and that it helps set the stage and my body up for when I eventually get on hormone replacement therapy.
I put in a request to see a mental health specialist through the VA and I have my appointment in early September to talk with the mental health therapist from my understanding the mental health therapist at least for the healthcare system using the VA that the mental health specialist pretty much acts like your primary care or the lead in the patient care team who puts in all the referrals and requests to endocrinology or for voice training or for prosthetics putting things in to the pharmacy etc.
So for this time being I'm going to just use Bo until I have my appointment with mental health and see how I feel after being on it for a month straight and some change. Again I know I'll probably get back lash for not adding anything else into it to help the bo but I'm honestly hoping not to be on Bo that long and that I'll get on HRT here sometime in September-november depending on how many sessions I have to have with mental health and how slowly the VA works.
I may add MSM and red reshi mushroom tablets to help support the whole process here in a week or so, just depends on how my body reacts to being on Bo for a few weeks. Again I don't want to upset my digestive system by consuming a lot of new different herbal supplements all at once I'd rather slowly introduce one compound and then introduce the next compound that way my body and digestive system can get used to it.
Anyways that's the latest and greatest.

Two week update.
I have been doing the following:
B.o. at 500 a day, once in the morning and once at night.
Red reshi extract 1000 a day (each cap is 500mg.) once in the am and once in the pm.
MSM once daily before bed. Each capsule is 1000mg.
A calcium, magnesium zink and vitamin D3 supplement (serving size is 3 per day)
Bio est 5.0 cream (contains 5mg e per pump) I use one pump a day.
I have also been using Volufiline fluid extract for making my lips more plump by using a few drops on a q tip and applying carefully to the outside of my lips 2 times a day.
And I have been using iso Sensuals enhance bust cream for two weeks as well which contains voluplus and Volufiline. Using a dime size each area I apply it to help with feminization. I had applied it to my chest twice daily.
I am going to increase b.o. to three capsules a day for 750mg a day.
And I will also up the bio est 5.0 e cream to 2 applications a day.
As of right now I will keep red reshi and msm the same. I will potentially increase each by one capsule in a week or two. (Red reshi is 500 per and man is 1000 per capsule)
Continue to use the calcium magnesium zink d3 supplement the same.
I plan to continue to use the Volufiline fluid and cream but will reduce to one application per day to lips,.chest, and butt. Don't want to go over board with it, since it takes time to really see the changes. And areas like the lips can be over done quickly (kind of like too much Botox) and will ultimately look bad.
I plan to reduce my weight training, and increase my cardio to try to decrease my muscle mass and size. If that doesn't work well, I will change my nutrition and go more keto than anything else since the body will use muscle last resort for fuel for the body.
Not sure when I will change my training around or nutrition but it will be in the near future. Possibly in Sept or when I hopefully get started on HRT.
I do have a thread on the Volufiline lip enhancement over in the transgender subject category if you wanted to see progress there.
That is all for now. I know I can use other things to make the b.o. more effective like using kelp or iodine, and pituitary glandular as well. But when and If I add those it will be after I have a good build up and tolerance to everything I'm already using and not dealing with side effects from it (like stomach issues etc)

Interesting note about bovine ovary, I noted even as low as 400mg working, of course that was the one which had also uterine glandular in it. But low doses worked and at 750mg and above was where it really started to kick in. Same changes but faster. I don't know how well it works without HRT.
Your muscles will get smaller once you're on HRT, changing training more towards endurance rather than bulking will help a lot. I bet these as a combination will make a big change, but it'll take quite long time. Cardio should help too, for me bike rides, long walks and drumming do that quite well. I lost a lot of muscle since starting HRT, even when my starting point was rather slim. It seems that the change takes at least few years to complete. My arms used to be huge and look a bit silly on me and that process is still going after more than three years.
You might want to go on higher dose with MSM at some point? Perhaps you too could find it cheap as a raw powder.

Thanks Lara
I was looking into the professional wrestler Gabbi Tuft
When she transitioned she came down from 280 and is now at 160. So I've been trying to research and see what she did to succeed in losing all that muscle mass she had, and she's is still pretty muscular even at 160.
From what I could find so far she said she had to go keto diet, stop weight training pretty much all together or do like high intensity training, and way way more cardio and also implemented fasting into her nutritional timing. All that together seems to have helped her shed muscle. But then again her goal is to completely.pass as a woman, not a fit muscular woman.
So hopefully I won't have to be so extreme on nutrition and training. Which is why I feel I'd implement that only after I start get to see what that does for me.
I do plan to up MSM at some point, I just don't want to upset my stomach increasing too fast.
@lotus I'm glad to see that youre a bit more active on here. I hope you are doing well. Yes everything is about finding the right balance even with estrogen and testosterone. We don't want to have brittle bones especially over time with hrt..

Healthy testosterone level while transitioning is a big deal. Too many just want to totally nuke any T levels, but that's a bad place to be. For some reason I don't seem to be able to go much lower than high twenties, my latest T reading was at 28 ng/ml, normal hovering around 35 ng/ml. Anything below fifty is usually considered suppressed and its typically enough for getting nice body changes on a healthy balance. Also, the way BO works is said to deal with aromatase a whole lot, that means we might benefit from having some free T around so another reason to aim for the healthy suppressed levels rather than T being completely absent.
A good idea is to test out with blockers, how much you need and which type suits the best. Then play with estrogens to find an equilibrium. Then top it off with keeping at least calcium, D3, MSM and multivitamin going on to ensure you keep bone building stuff running. I'm sure keeping HGH high enough with exercise and supplements helps too as it of course deals with bone regeneration too.
I've tried to pay attention to this as I have really sturdy bones, broke only one in my entire life which is almost a miracle. I'm afraid that age and HRT are making them more brittle, but we know ways to help with it so I guess it'll be alright.
Its definitely a thing to pay attention to.

Lara, yes it is certainly hard to one make one change at a time to see how it affects the body. As in sure you know lol.
I've made jokes with other guys at the gym (who also use or used steroids) that even when I'm completely off, feels like my body has testosterone stores in reserve that never got fully absorbed by my body just sitting in the knotts in my muscles, and then when it finally works itself out it releases the gear. Lol I know that's not how it works but feels like it sometimes where I'll be completely off everything for a good time and then out of no where I get a boost in performance like I would see when I'm in the middle of a cycle or something. Lol

wow a 42D. Thats a big bosom. I think you need a better support bra than the one in the picture. And it should have good wide straps and at least 3 closures on the back. I'm only a 38C cup but I need a bra like that
