CM's journey

#31

@connie I feel that the bra size is not accurate. I have a 44 under bust right now (due to my wide muscular frame) and my chest/bust is 48. So using the math or calculators on the Internet I'm a 44D. Went to Victoria secret for sizing and they have me at 42D. Tried a  42 D on and the band was spot on, the cups however way too big. Unfortunately I have no breasts. I have a muscular chest. So there was about 1.5 to 2 inches of air between my chest and the bra cups. So if each cup size is a inch then I think I'm really at 42B. I have yet to try a 42B bra on yet. Unfortunately most companies don't go that small of a cup size for the 42 band, unless it's on Amazon and again Amazon is Amazon. It's unfortunately trial and error trying to get the right size. So for Victoria's secret I am most likely a 42B. Other brands who knows.

Also the picture is of me is wearing a born primitive workout clothing company woman's workout tank top, (which is actually my wife's tank top and it's a med, which is weird that it fit since I usually wear XL OR XXL in mens.). That is not a bra. Although i know they make bras that are more fashionable than functional even for sports bras.

well CM, trial and error is the way most of us find our true bra size. From your description it looks like you need some sort of bra if only to stop the jiggling. Fortunately a 38C seems perfect although I can wear  a D cup m
ore as I get older. Good luck.

From looking around on /r/transtimelines on Reddit, I believe you are in for a great ride!
I've seen many timelines of ex-bodybuilders that turn into very attractive women with great body proportions!

Just passed week three starting week four on nbe.

Week three I dosages:

B.o. 750mg (morning, lunch, and before bed)
MSM 1000mg before bed
R.R. 1500 (morning, lunch and before bed)
B.o est 5.0 (one pump am, and another pump when ever I can )
Calcium magnesium zink d3 supplement (rec dosage on bottle)

Weight and measurements the same.

I have not noticed much other than I have way more random break outs. Reminds me of when I first started steroids and I had a lot of random acne. Other than that there has not been anything else that I have noticed in terms of the nbe kicking in, other than a slight ache in my testicles, but it's very infrequent, and functionality downstairs remains the same.

Week 4 I plan to increase no to 1000, increase MSM to 2000. Increase r.r. to 2000. Everything else remains the same.

Might have to swap out r.r. for a different A.A if I feel I'm not getting enough testosterone suppression. I feel the acne is a good sign that the estrogen is increasing in my body and is fighting with the testosterone ( keep in mind I haven't had this kind of reaction for about 10 years when I first started using steroids, and then it subsided once my body leveled out and got used to the higher testosterone levels.)

Today is about the 3rd day into week 4 and I am just now starting to feel the dull ache in my Netherlands. More consistent than before but not constant. Typically starts a hour or two after taking Bo or applying the e cream.

Random break outs like red dots which turn into acne or white heads randomly on my body, more so in areas where sweat gets trapped. But seems to be reducing from how it was.

I haven't noticed anything else yet. Function down stairs is still normal.

Week 4 routine is
1000mg bo total for the day. Split am, noon and pm
750 RR total split am, noon and pm
Boilabs bi est cream 5.0, 4 pumps total a day split am/pm
MSM at 2000mg total split am/pm
Calcium magnesium zink d3 multi vitamin 3 tablets a day.

Aches down there are a sign of the darn things starting to shut down. This and acne are both symptoms of elevated estrogens so you might be onto something here. Big Grin This same stuff happens on HRT, it can get quite intense until your body adapts. I had a lot of random aches for about one year, then less as time went on and these days none.

Lara, oh joyfully lol. I need a better body wash. Lol

And aches I can def relate. Not sure if it's from not being on testosterone any more or being on nbe, or both but I'm def getting sore and ache way easier than I would normally. Or maybe it's just an age thing and getting older.

I'm contemplating whether I should increase dosages for week 5 or just continue where I'm at for another week or so. It's been a slow increase of one table every one to two weeks. Not sure if I would have noticed anything at 750mg of bo by this time or if I needed to be at 1000 or more. If I increase next week I'll be at all the recommended dosages for everything, or I can stay the same till I dont notice any changes.

I'm in no rush. Def don't think I'm 100% to fully come out to the world and transition, but I def can't see myself living the rest of my life as a man. To be authentic and not life a lie I have to live my life as woman. Hell I still sometimes doubt myself. I don't think I've fully accepted myself yet honestly. So how can I expect anyone else to if I can't.

Also this bo experience is mainly to hold me over till I get the go ahead for HRT from the VA. So again I'm not looking for anything dramatic in terms of physical changes.
