CM's journey

#41

Next week is the start of week 5. I'm tossing the idea around of keeping Bo at 1000mg per day and adding 1 tablet of Swanson's pituitary gland to the routine, or increasing Bo to 1250 and not adding pituitary gland just yet. Or not changing the daily intake or routine at all and keep it for another week or so. Keeping everything else the same.

Thoughts/suggestions?

I have found this combination being helpful with weight gain, putting fat to correct places. Ovary works on its own, but it seems the combination is even better.

Lara, yes I'm def leaning more towards adding pituitary gland to the routine Instead of increasing Bo. But we will see how I feel come sunday

You should try, it might help you to gain gynoid fat quicker to the right spots. Wink At least my experience on the combination has been very positive. Also I've noted that weight loss gets easier when I drop pituitary and gain gets easier while on it. So you could consider timing it with weight cycles if you plan on doing it.

Good to know about the weight gain and loss aspect of pituitary glad. I'm trying to drop weight or I guess more specifically muscle mass. But maybe it will help me get some hips. I'm pretty narrow from my waist to about my quads. Lucky I do have a bubble butt and always have but no hips.

One of the surprising aspects of glandular therapy has been lower body change. That's what first started to give me a lot of filling on my hips and thighs and its been slowly adding up since. I know that at least Melissa and Stevenator have experienced similar change, so you might end up getting thicker too. BO + Pit certainly have made weight gain easier, HRT does that on its own but together its become almost a problem because I gain weight extremely easy these days. I used to also lose it quickly, but that's become lot harder now so I need to watch my diet and try to exercise as much as possible to keep it under control.

Its a blessing on the other hand, the best body changes being observed ALWAYS happen to those who either lose or gain quite a bit of weight while transitioning. So weight cycles can be benefitted from quite a bit. I almost verbatim quoted someone on this, but I've observed this myself too and know some friends who have had similar things happen.

Yea. I've always had poor body image issues. Since a kid I was over weight, and because of it I started working out as soon as I could which I think was. 7th or 8th grade, and really had the routine and workout habit and ethic beginning of high school in 9th grade. Ever since I see the number on the scale go up and it's clearly not muscle I cut my nutritional intake. I'm sure I'm one of those individuals who may get a eating disorder during transition trying to achieve a more feminine look.

I gain weight so easily and my body fights tooth and nail to lose anything. I will post updated measurements and body weight tomorrow for a 1 month progress update. But not as.much as I would have expected having being off steroids and cutting my nutrition by alot while increasing cardio and backing off weight training.

I see some changes, and I know it's going to be a slow going thing. I mean it took me like 20 years to build the body I have now, I know it will take a few years to say the least to build my female body.

But yeah. Anyways I'm sure I'll add pituitary glad here either starting tomorrow or shortly In the next week or so.

As you can see from the back shot I have no hips what so ever but I feel my butt is not bad at all. That's the only reason I included the back side picture was to show the lack of hips or fat redistribution to my lower body. Granted it has only been 1 month. Again I'm not too worried about lower body fat redistribution yet since I know eventually I'll be on HRT, and i want to see how far HRT will get me before any kind of plastic surgery to help me achieve a more feminine figure. I always envisioned myself as a muscular woman, and seeing muscular women (especially when they are lean) they don't have many curves to their bodies as other women who are just fit or in shape.

Only things I've noticed so far is that around the middle of the 3rd week I started to feel a dull ache in my testicles, which seems to now be more constant then just here or there. With the use of bio est cream and ISO enhance cream I feel my nipples have gotten slightly darker and stay more pointed that not. But not like when you're cold if that makes sense. Chest only somewhat inches after applying the bio est or iso enhance cream to my chest (I rotate where the bio est cream gets applied) also the line on my scrotum to my penis seems to be slightly darker, but not always bc I look again later and it looks like it's back to the normal skin color. Also functionality down stairs is the same, no shrinkage, no reduction in erections, semen consistency is the same.

No lower body fat redistribution yet. Or any fat redistribution. Skin might be a little softer but I have not noticed it, and I seem to be less patient then I was on steroids which I find weird. Maybe it's due to my body has to go through a new puberty. Also I seem to have random break outs more than I did again I'm guessing due to the new hormones and second puberty so to speak.
