BO is a long process. I was on it for two years, shrinkage downstairs was limited to scrotum, penis stayed about the same although most of the time it always looks like I just stepped out of a cold body of water. The color of my semen has never changed but the viscosity has thinned out. Erections were difficult to achieve without viagra or ciali.
Your progress looks good, you are definitely built like a body builder and do not have much if any fat to redistribute. I gain weight easily so I really had to watch what I ate on BO, I am not sure if you are trying to gain a little fat or not, if you are BO should help with that.
Are you on a high protein diet? That was what was recommended for me,I added 3 high quality protein shakes a day 2 to coincide with my BO and one after my morning workout. The rational behind quality protein drinks is that it provides plenty of amino acids as building blocks for breast development, that's an over simplified explanation.
I hope everything goes well with your program, I was very happy with my BO experience and once I figure out how HRT will affect my progress I may add BO at a later date. It's really that feminine shape I am striving for. I have no plans or desire to transition to a woman, I just like to feel feminine and look like a woman at times, actually most of the time.
I look forward to your next update.
Yeah I'm not too worried about how long it'll take again I know if building my body so far it took almost 20 years to get it the way it is now so I know as long as I keep that vision in my mind and keep working towards it I'll get to it eventually.
I definitely wouldn't mind some shrinkage downstairs especially testicles it would help it easier to talk and or wear panties. As for my penis I'm not sure yet I know the wife would appreciate it if it didn't shrink any for much lol
I'm not sure if I've had much progress I do have a lot of muscle on my chest and yes I think my muscles have atrophied a little but again not by much and if I do have any breast growth it was probably gynecomastia that I've had for a long time but with how much muscle I have it's not as noticeable.
I did change my diet or nutrition around and I've changed my workout routine around too to an extent I've added more cardio and still lifting weights just not as heavy but I'm doing a bit more reps than I would again I don't want to lose too much strength or size I guess my goal would ultimately to look like a very fit woman or just underneath seeing women's bodybuilding category if you're into the sport. But again I'm not even on hormones yet and I know hormones ultimately take a few years and even then some for the maximum potential to be seen so.
I feel like I'm going to have to approach it differently and in stages where maybe stage one would be to try and lose some muscle mass and shrink down to what my body would normally be at which before I started steroids my body was maxed out at around 170 180. And then once I get down to that then maybe I'll focus on another thing specifically like more curves or fat redistribution or something else but I feel like again I'm going to have to go about this in different stages and as each one gets completed I'll hopefully start to look more feminine than masculine as each one gets checked off.
Yes I would say my protein is pretty good I try not to use too many protein bars or protein shakes but sometimes you got to do what you got to do if you can't eat a meal. I typically have eggs in the morning after I work out I might have a protein bar or protein shake in between meals I'll have at least 5 oz of chicken or lean ground turkey or beef for lunch with like a vegetable again I'll have another protein Shaker bar in between lunch and dinner and then dinner's kind of whatever the family wants to eat.
So I really do try to get all of my protein and fats and everything through eating versus trying to supplement it too much.
I have not really been all that serious about keeping track of my body temperature I keep on forgetting to put the thermometer in the bathroom for right after I wake up so I can take my temperature so I can kind of see what my body temperature is at at rest while I'm sleeping and then depending on how that is maybe caliper iodine to help raise it up some.
All in all I think it's going quite well for being on it a month I haven't quite decided what I'm going to do for the start of week five or if I'm just going to keep everything the same and go one more week with the doses that I'm on now I think at the very minimum I'm going to add pituitary gland.
