CM's journey

#51

I've had good results with BO & pit, although I have dropped pit gland so.
The BO has certainly helped fill out my lower half, so good luck with your regime.

Hi CM,
BO is a long process. I was on it for two years, shrinkage downstairs was limited to scrotum, penis stayed about the same although most of the time it always looks like I just stepped out of a cold body of water. The color of my semen has never changed but the viscosity has thinned out. Erections were difficult to achieve without viagra or ciali.

Your progress looks good, you are definitely built like a body builder and do not have much if any fat to redistribute. I gain weight easily so I really had to watch what I ate on BO, I am not sure if you are trying to gain a little fat or not, if you are BO should help with that.

Are you on a high protein diet? That was what was recommended for me,I added 3 high quality protein shakes a day 2 to coincide with my BO and one after my morning workout. The rational behind quality protein drinks is that it provides plenty of amino acids as building blocks for breast development, that's an over simplified explanation.

I hope everything goes well with your program, I was very happy with my BO experience and once I figure out how HRT will affect my progress I may add BO at a later date. It's really that feminine shape I am striving for. I have no plans or desire to transition to a woman, I just like to feel feminine and look like a woman at times, actually most of the time.

I look forward to your next update.

@wee2er

I'm glad.  Ive heard many people have had good results with no and pit glads. I hope I get some curves but for now I don't think it would cause me too much dysphoria if I didn't get any yet. Now after a year on HRT and no curves yea I think I'll start to panic. Lol

Yeah I'm not too worried about how long it'll take again I know if building my body so far it took almost 20 years to get it the way it is now so I know as long as I keep that vision in my mind and keep working towards it I'll get to it eventually.

I definitely wouldn't mind some shrinkage downstairs especially testicles it would help it easier to talk and or wear panties. As for my penis I'm not sure yet I know the wife would appreciate it if it didn't shrink any for much lol

I'm not sure if I've had much progress I do have a lot of muscle on my chest and yes I think my muscles have atrophied a little but again not by much and if I do have any breast growth it was probably gynecomastia that I've had for a long time but with how much muscle I have it's not as noticeable.

I did change my diet or nutrition around and I've changed my workout routine around too to an extent I've added more cardio and still lifting weights just not as heavy but I'm doing a bit more reps than I would again I don't want to lose too much strength or size I guess my goal would ultimately to look like a very fit woman or just underneath seeing women's bodybuilding category if you're into the sport. But again I'm not even on hormones yet and I know hormones ultimately take a few years and even then some for the maximum potential to be seen so.

I feel like I'm going to have to approach it differently and in stages where maybe stage one would be to try and lose some muscle mass and shrink down to what my body would normally be at which before I started steroids my body was maxed out at around 170 180. And then once I get down to that then maybe I'll focus on another thing specifically like more curves or fat redistribution or something else but I feel like again I'm going to have to go about this in different stages and as each one gets completed I'll hopefully start to look more feminine than masculine as each one gets checked off.

Yes I would say my protein is pretty good I try not to use too many protein bars or protein shakes but sometimes you got to do what you got to do if you can't eat a meal. I typically have eggs in the morning after I work out I might have a protein bar or protein shake in between meals I'll have at least 5 oz of chicken or lean ground turkey or beef for lunch with like a vegetable again I'll have another protein Shaker bar in between lunch and dinner and then dinner's kind of whatever the family wants to eat.
So I really do try to get all of my protein and fats and everything through eating versus trying to supplement it too much.

I have not really been all that serious about keeping track of my body temperature I keep on forgetting to put the thermometer in the bathroom for right after I wake up so I can take my temperature so I can kind of see what my body temperature is at at rest while I'm sleeping and then depending on how that is maybe caliper iodine to help raise it up some.

All in all I think it's going quite well for being on it a month I haven't quite decided what I'm going to do for the start of week five or if I'm just going to keep everything the same and go one more week with the doses that I'm on now I think at the very minimum I'm going to add pituitary gland.

You have a good solid high protein diet. Sounds close to what mine was while on BO. When I started BO I kept good track of my temp the first few months and added iodine to bring it up a little. It seemed to work. On top of my usual multi vitamin, calcium citrate, glucosamine blend (MSM) and iron, I added DHEA an amino acids building block, D3 and K2 blend and selenium. I know a lot of people add an anti androgen but Lotus reported that those are unnecessary as BO already does that, she also reported we didn't need pituitary glandular but my BO was a blend for the first 18 months so that was part of the BO caps. I now have Swanson BO and some PG. If I eventually start BO again I'll us up my PG and stick with just BO. For now estradiol and a prescription anti androgen is all I am taking, along with my regular vitamins.

You really have a good grasp on diet and fitness, so you should be able to achieve the feminine body builder look. Of course BO does not work for everyone, but I think that has a lot to do with body temperature and sticking with the program, not expecting quick results but gradual results over a long period of time. Once you achieve your maximum daily dosage of BO stick it out for a year if there are no negative side effects, I think you will be pleased with the results. I really wanted to stay on it but I also wanted to go to the next level. Either way the feminine breast growth is permanent, which was my primary goal.

I try to maintain a decent diet, where I try to get most of my protein intake from food. I also drink bcca's religiously throughout the day, and then I have that calcium magnesium zink d3 multi vitamin as well. So I think i have all or most of the bases covered.

I have heard pituitary glad does work well with a b.o. based routine. I don't think I have ever heard lotus say anything against it, but I have not read everything she has posted. I have just heard many people have seen success with adding pituitary glandular to their b.o. routine. I have about a 5 month supply of pituitary glandular so I mind as well use it at some point. Lol

And I'm not sure how well any NBE will work for me. I have heard very active people say it's difficult to have any growth since they're always burning fat that could other wise be used for fat redistribution or adding to the Volume of their breast. So we will see.

Ultimately I will give nbe a good chance and I will give HRT it's fair share of time as well before I bite the bullet and say I need any kind of surgery to attain the look I want. I'm just a long for the ride at this point.  Lol

I don't think I've seen much of the signs that nbe is working yet besides the occasional dull ache downstairs and some breaking out. I have not gotten to the emotional stage yet, I have not gotten to the lack of function or libido stage yet. Chest is occasionally itchy but that's usually when I at work and sweating, or right after I apply body lotion. So I don't know.

And it's funny you say while on bo you dont need a anti androgen, I know no you need some testosterone in your system to work. Do you think I should remove the red Reshi from my routine?

CM,
You could use what you have and decide after it's gone whether or not to replace it. I didn't use an anti androgen at all and BO seemed to work for me.

While I am in no way in your class of fitness, I spend between 1 to 1 3/4 hours a day 4 to 5 days a week at the gym doing mostly cardio but my PT also has me doing one group session and on PT session of full body stuff, boxing, weights, kettle bells, etc.. for one hour sessions, so an active lifestyle shouldn't really hinder you. But like you said, you don't have a lot of fat. You may want to increase healthy fats into your diet and see if that helps, omega 3 comes to mind.

Lotus had mentioned the PG thing in one of the BO page strings, I had not heard her mention it before. I stopped buying it after that but I still have 6 bottles of it and maybe a dozen bottles of BO sitting in my cubard.

Remember temp 98.6 and try taking your BO in the evening and before bed if you take it twice a day. It's a marathon not a sprint so time is the key.

For week 5 I decided I will use what I have till it runs out and re access then.

B.o. will increase to 1250 mg a day. 2 am, 1 noon, 2 bedtime
RR will stay the same at 1500 mg (3 a day am,noon,pm)
MSM will stay the same at 2000 mg (1am, 1pm at bed time)
Pituitary glandular will be at 80 mg (1at noon)
Calcium magnesium zink d3 supplement stays the same (3 a day)
Bio est 5.0 will stay the same at 4 pumps a day which = 1 dose

I will run this for week 5. Make updates as I see or feel them happen.

Something to be mindful of is that your NBE routine might turn out working dramatically better once you're on HRT. About ovary/pituitary/uterine glandulars there's some speculation that they might require female hormone balance to work better, that and or some genetic tendency for it to work. So if your development is slow now before starting on HRT, don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.

Lara,
I have no plans to quit just. The only time I tend to have doubts or very negative thoughts is when I shave my face and I think to myself there's no way I'll ever pass for a woman, not with out major surgery, which usually makes me very depressed, and I start to think that maybe my original plan of suicide by steroids (high dose till I have heart failure) is something I should have not quit on...
