Welcome Peachy,
You did right to get it checked out as you never know, it might have been something completely non related to BO, so glad its checked and all OK.
All I can say is take is slow and be patient.
For reference I'm on E & Pg cream along with 1500mg BO/day rectal, and that seems to be optimal for me, although I am considering upping it slightly as a 1-month trial.
Once you get going and happy with progress there are a whole bunch of stuff that you can add that all help - DHEA, amino acids etc, just read up on them all on Lotus's and Didi's threads, these two are amazing ladies with a vast amount of BN knowledge.
Good luck and enjoy a nice slow ride Smile

Thank you for the support.

I am currently on 1000mg BO but will hope to increase this to 1500mg before the end of the month. I plan to add a magnesium, calcium ,zinc  and omega 3 combination capsule to my routine from tomorrow. I will leave the PG cream for a few weeks to allow my body to get used to the increased dosage.

Slow and steady wins the race  Heart

Yes progesterone cream is suggested to be used only after you have started your initial growth or started "budding"

Budding is the very initial growth of breast tissue, you'll be sore and tender, will feel like bumps or nodules under your nipples. Once that happens allow for more growth maybe a few more weeks or so depending on your body and how fast you grow initially then start progesterone cream.

You could even add other things to your topical program down the line once you feel you have reached a plateau for your growth.

Project x has an ongoing discussion of topical cream applications starting on pages 480 (or so). But I would say that's for intermediate nbe users who have stalled out or have been passed their initial growth stage for a little bit.

Just my opinion, Lara (hello Didi is very knowledgeable) on pretty much all aspects of nbe.

BO has not been an issue at all, whereas PM gave me a DVT scare. Things that do elevate blood clotting factors are oral estrogens, afaik progesterone can have some effect but likely not much. PM is potentially very dangerous if overdone. I'm not sure about other NBE items. Shitty lifestyle is obviously the worst, booze and cigarettes literally kill... Some times genetics make this worse like in my case I need to be careful.

But bovine ovary should not be much of an issue. For example, I'm on 2300mg dose which the highest I've ever done and highest I'm willing to do, this could already be wasting quite a bit of it. Zero problems what so ever.

Hey Lara,

Because I developed a DVT due to taking PM, I did a little research on some of the other common NBE supplements regarding their potential to contribute to blood colt formation, and found that Fenugreek, White Peony, Red Reishi, and Red Clover all actually had some blood thinning properties, with some cautions while on Warfarin.  Green Tea extract contains Vitamin K which enhances blood clotting.

Best regards,

Hi Chuck, that's interesting. So logically it would seem that some of these items combined with PM could perhaps cancel the blood clotting effect out to an extent? This is another thing on which I wish there was more science to back it up. Everything in NBE is about balance in one way or another, I presume this isn't any different.

Thanks CM, I try my best to keep remembering everything and doing stuff right, there's just so much info on everything.

Thanks for that info,

I've just finished my 1st bottle of 60 capsules and awaiting my next batch.
I hope I will begin to feel or see some differences with it as I don't seem to notice anything at the min.
I will be persevering however with the hope something is happening on the inside.

I've been on red reishi for some time now and I reckon it has thinned my blood a bit. Reason being anything like a razor cut seems to take an age to colt.
However, I'm no doctor!

I can tell you a little about my program and what was recommended to me, I am not a physician just someone who spent 2 years on BO.

I started with 250 mg late afternoon and 250 before bed. = 500mg day

Hi Tomi,

Thanks for your advice, I think I will use the cream on the areas I mentioned apart from my breasts. I think I will also up my dosage to 1000mg at your suggested times.
If I think it's too much I can always cut back.

Hope everything is going well with you and thanks again.

Kiss

I started with 500 mg a day for first month.

I didn't get up to 1000mg a day until month 3. I thought you were on month 1.

You should do what works for you though, my program was custom built for my goals.

Hi tomi

I have saw a total lactation supplement from total stork. It seems to have alot of the necessary ingredients to help in the feminizing process. I was just wondering if you've heard of it/ tried it or would recommend trying it.

Hi Peachy,
No, I haven't. Let us know if you try it out and how it works for you.

I will tomi, I think I'll just continue with the BO for another month on its own to see if I can see/feel any changes before possibly adding to my program.
