Hello BO by Ian

Hi Lotus, Thanks for the advice, I could not get what you suggested, the import cost here is stupid for many items. So I got this off amazon and arrives Monday 6 Jan, I will let you know how I get on, by the way is it once a day or twice.
Thanks
Ian

Somewhere on the forum (cannot find it) a member suggested a pumping machine like what women use to express milk, I have a good Vacuum pumping machine but it is a pain to set it up.

I was willing to try the breast milk version, can anyone please suggest one.
Thanks

Hello all,

I have searched the forum until my eyes hurt, so may I ask the following.

Everything on the internet is contradictory to the point it drives me nuts, hence the failed attempt to find the answer on here and the big www.

Q. Why can't I take Ovarian Glandular together with PM, I know that each one has a different way of changing your hormones, but I cannot find any science to support the reasons why I should not.

One search says I can and another says no.

Please help.

Omg this question for the millionth time. Big Grin Ok ok, I'll try. This is why BO is better and why its not worth mixing them.

1)
Not smart because PM does shitty things with blood clot risk, whereas BO does not or at least there's no anecdotes or proof about it. About PM, there's multiples here on the forum.

2)
Not smart because they compete with same receptors, this one I'm not entirely sure about but it makes sense, PM is phytoestrogen and BO works really well along estradiol, so logic dictates they might create a receptor conflict, in other words become ineffective or cause hormone imbalance.

3)
PM is only midly effective, usually it does nothing or very little, BO on the other hand might be VERY effective to those who benefit.

4)
BO is cheaper

5)
Simple programs which focus on few things that work together is the best. BO can be mixed and matched with a lot from amino acids to weigh cycling, to topical protocol, to conventional HRT and the list goes on. I would not mix PM with almost any of these. So glandular therapy is easy to expand and combine with quite a lot of different approaches.

So, that's what I can think from top of my head right now. I think I can have a say on this based on my experiences. PM just doesn't appear very attractive option in hindsight. When everything else has been better, the choice is obvious. And why mix two things together which might not support each other and one is quite expensive? But the most serious reason why to avoid PM in the first place is blood clot risk. Heck I got a DVT scare too and I have naturally thick blood and I used to smoke back then. In hindsight I should have never touched PM at all, but jump into the HRT + other NBE train right away. But this is all just my view, others may think otherwise.

Hi Ian,

I too would nowadays stay away from PM, it's just too risky and ot very effective.

I took BO for a good while and it worked for me, even though I never measured my body temp nor took kelp etc.

The only issue with BO is that it works for some and for whatever reason, doesn't work for others. You'll just have to stick with it and be consistent and fingers crossed it'll work for you.

Hi Wee2er,

Thats exactly what I am doing, so far this what I have been doing

Goats Rue 23 Dec 24 to 5 Jan 2 x 550mg now taking from 6 Jan 3 x 550
BO 3 Dec 24 to now 2 x 250mg No 6 Jan 3 x 250mg

Also as per Lotus advice 4 Drops Red clover oil straight onto my breast's once a day.

Sunday 12 Jan I will take 2 x 550 Red Reishi (1100mg)

Then see what happens after a month

I don't think the body temperature is an issue with BO, at least not to the extent its made to seem important. My temperature is often a tiny bit below of what some reference as optimal and yet bovine ovary works like a charm. Then again, I'm constantly on iodine supplement as part of the multivitamin I take as its generally good for keeping thyroid happy.
